Missouri Dove Season

Many area hunters are getting geared up for this year's dove season.

Missouri's portion of dove season begins September 1st and will continue through November 9th. Atchison County Conservation Agent, Eric Abbott, says while some hunter's have their own land to hunt on, the Department of Conservation provides many opportunities to hunt for doves.
