Residents from the Lexington area will have the chance to learn about their town's unique history with the new book "Lexington."

The book is the newest addition to Arcadia Publishing's pictorial history Images of America series. The book was written by the late Roger E. Slusher, who was a native of Lexington. Sales and Marketing Manager for Arcadia Publishing, Jennifer Sexton, says their goal is to give people insights of history for those who don't know the beginnings of their hometown's.
