Dennis Gray Sentencing

A 66 year old Burlington Junction resident found guilty of a Class D Felony of Sexual Contact with a Student received his sentence by a Gentry County jury on a change of venue from Nodaway County.

According to Nodaway County Prosecuting Attorney Robert Rice, Dennis Gray was sentenced to 4 years in prison that was suspended to 5 years of probation and ordered to spend 60 days in jail at his expense.
