South Pacific Comes to Macon

With the summer heat in full effect, a break might be nice.

Maples Repertory Theatre in Macon, Missouri, has just the ticket. To close their summer season, the Maples Rep will open South Pacific, a seventeen Tony Award winning musical, featuring memorable songs like "I'm Gonna Wash That Man Right Outta My Hair", "Younger Than Springtime" and "Some Enchanted Evening", on July 19th. Artistic Director of the Maples Rep, Todd Davison, says it's a great musical, and he is very happy to bring it to Northwest Missouri.

Although the show opens on the 19th, the theater will be hosting a Veterans Special on July 20th, during the 2 PM matinee time.
