Second Harvest Executive Director

Second Harvest Community Food Bank, based out of St. Joseph, has announced it's new Executive Director.

After an in-depth, five month search and reviewing over 100 resumes from across the country, Chad Higdon has been selected. Higdon served as the interim executive director for the past seven months, and has also served on the board of directors from December 2009 until December 2012, and as acting board chair for over a year. During his time as interim director, Higdon says they saw record distribution of food, and he hopes to continue that under his new title.
