Maryville City Council Part 2

The Maryville City Council reviewed the City's banking bids during last night's meeting.

The Council approved a contract with Nodaway Valley Bank as the depository of the funds of the City of Maryville. Maryville Mayor, Jim Fall, says bids from other local banks were submitted, but Nodaway Valley Bank was chosen because of their services.

Fall says Nodaway Valley Bank will handle all of the City of Maryville's banking duties.

The Council also approved a contract with David E Ross Construction to build the City's new wastewater treatment facility. Construction is slated to be completed by July 2015.
