Managed Deer Hunts

In recent years, deer hunting has become increasingly popular in the state of Missouri.

And with the deer population overwhelmingly high, the Missouri Department of Conservation are holding managed deer hunts to help manage the population of the herd. Holt County Conservation Agent Anthony Maupin says these managed hunts not only help manage the deer population, but gives hunters special opportunities outside of the regular deer season.
