4th of July Traffic Safety

With the consistently busy 4th of July weekend fastly approaching, the Missouri State Highway Patrol is actively promoting safety to motorists and boaters.

Captain Tim Hull of the Missouri State Highway Patrol says keeping everyone in a car or boat secure is especially important.

Hull also says the Highway Patrol will participate in Operation CARE, which is a nationwide campaign which puts all officers on the roadways to enforce traffic violations during the Fourth of July Holiday weekend.
