Local Reaction to Farm Bill Rejection

With the recent farm bill rejected by the House of Representatives, there is a reaction of disappointment from the Missouri Farm Bureau.

President of the Missouri Farm Bureau, Blake Hurst, says it's not a good day for the agriculture community.

Hurst says that while feelings were hurt from the rejection, he hopes things will pick up in the future.

Hurst says he hopes our elected leaders will regroup and finish the job for America's farmers and ranchers and the many other families who benefit from the farm bill.
