Gray found guilty

A 66 year old Burlington Junction resident was found guilty of a Class D Felony of Sexual Contact of a Student by a Gentry County jury on a change of venue from Nodaway County.

According to Nodaway County Prosecuting Attorney Robert Rice, Dennis Gray was employed as a bus driver for the Maryville School District at the time of the incident.

The jury deliberated a little over three hours before returning the guilty verdict. Sentencing for Gray is scheduled for August 2nd at 10 o'clock at the Gentry County Courthouse in Albany.
