Midwest Transmission Line

Interested residents had a chance to discuss a project earlier this week which calls for the construction of an electric transmission line from Sibley, Missouri near Kansas City to Nebraska City.

Midwest Transmission Line spokesperson Bill Musgrave says the purpose of the public meeting in Maryville was to give citizens a chance to voice concerns over the placement of the line as it is designed to come near Maryville.
