Maryville School Board Approves Energy Plan

The Maryville Board of Education is looking to save money on their electric bill by adding solar panels to their buildings.

During last night's meeting the board approved a contract with a company called Brightergy to install the solar panels. Maryville Superintendent Larry Linthacum says Brightergy is guaranteeing the school district will see significant savings on their energy bills next year.
