Gun Protection Bill

A gun right protection bill has passed the Senate General Laws Committee by a party line vote.

The bill would lower the conceal and carry age to 19 and would make it a felony to enforce federal laws that infringe on gun rights. St. Louis Senator Jamilah Nasheed says the bill does not apply to St. Louis like it does to rural areas in Missouri.
