Guersey Passes Enforcement Bill

Missouri legislator's passed a bill sponsored by Bethany Republican State Representative Casey Guernsey in the last hours of the session designed to strengthen enforcement of threats made against school systems. Guernsey says his bill is in response to a threat made against the Maysville school district in Dekalb County where an arrest was made in Buchanan County where the individual was not charged by the Buchanan County Prosecutor. He says his bill gives more authority to law enforcement and county prosecutors in the county where the incident occurred.
