Individuals wishing to assist in the recovery from recent storms in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas will have a chance to take part in a special training class tomorrow in St. Joseph. The Midland Empire Chapter of the American Red Cross will be hosting the entry level training class for disaster relief.
