Missouri House Representative Casey Guernsey wants information from Governor Jay Nixon's office.

The Bethany Republican has asked for documents relating to the Revenue Department's practice of scanning licenses and reports of government agencies seeking information on concealed-carry weapon permit holders. Guernsey says the Nixon administration misled the Missouri Legislature about various aspects of adhering to federal real ID law.
