The first victim has fallen from the legislature's discovery that the Jay Nixon administration has turned over concealed weapons permit information to the federal government.

Revenue Department Director Brian Long submitted his resignation just days after acknowledging his department had created the database of information on driving licenses, concealed weapons and personal documents like marriage and divorce certificates. Phill Brooks has the story.
