Hunger on Display in St. Joseph

Second Harvest Community Food Bank is partnering with the Albrecht-Kemper Museum of Art in St. Joseph to bring a special art show dealing with hunger to the region.

The exhibit by San Antonio, Texas artist Michael Nye is called "About Hunger and Resilience. Nye's exhibit uses photography and audio to tell the story of fifty individuals who have experienced hunger. Nye says combining photo's and audio brings the issue of hunger to life.

The exhibit will be on display through May 12th at the Albrecht-Kemper Museum in St. Joseph. Second Harvest will offer guided tours each Tuesday at one p-m throughout the duration of the exhibit.
