Body Identified in Cameron

Law Enforcement officials have identified the body of a woman found at a state park near Cameron Friday morning.

According to Missouri Highway Patrol Sergeant Sheldon Lyon, the body of 53 year old Janette-D-Riffle-Hartley of Cameron was discovered at Wallace State Park by a maintenance worker near the lake at the state park. Lyon says the investigation into the cause of death is continuing.

The autopsy was performed Friday at the Jackson County Medical Examiner's office. Final results of the autopsy will be released in three weeks.
