4th Street Improvement Funding

The City of Maryville and Northwest Missouri State University's Fourth Street Corridor project received funding last week.

The Nodaway County Economic Development through the Missouri Department of Economic Development was awarded Neighborhood Assistance Program Tax Credits for the project. Four hundred eighty seven thousand dollars will go toward the project. The Missouri State Tax Credits will be administered by NCED through the course of the project and will assist in helping to attract private funding focused on corridor improvements. Nodaway County Economic Development Executive Director Lee Langerock says N-C-E-D is excited to partner with Maryville and the University on the improvement project.
