Viaduct Announcement

The Nebraska City City Council discussed plans for a viaduct repair project during their meeting earlier this week.

Nebraska City Mayor, Jack Hobbie says the 4th Corso viaduct is approximately fifty years old and in need of repair.

Hobbie says Nebraska City will pay approximately 1.6 million dollars of the total cost for replacement. A public meeting to enable residents to hear more about the project will be held Tuesday, March 12th at the Rowe Public Safety Building in Nebraska City.
