Thomson on Higher Ed Funding

A bill has been introduced in the Missouri General Assembly that would drastically change the way higher education institutions are funded.

4th District State Representative Mike Thomson of Maryville is a member of the House Higher Education Appropriations Committee. He says the new proposal would base a school's funding on performance.
