Snow Removal

The City of Maryville has noticed the snowfall this winter.

During last night's city council meeting, City Manager Greg McDanel reported Maryville spent over 17 thousand dollars on salt, equipment maintenance and overtime labor.

McDanel says that averages out to about 2,500 dollars per inch of snowfall this winter. Most of the snow removal expenses came out of Maryville's chemical budget.
