Republican Senator Brad Lager of Savannah is pushing voters to make fiscal changes for Missouri.
A new amendment to the state constitution would stop state spending at the previous year's budget limit and put any extra revenue toward lowering Missouri income taxes. Lager says voters need to take spending into their own hands.
