New GED Test

Changes are coming to the current General Educational Development or G-E-D test.

The current G-E-D exam expires at the end of this year. Anyone wanting to obtain their Missouri High School Equivalency Certificate by taking the G-E-D will have until the end of 2013 to pass the current test series. Northwest Missouri Director of the Adult Education and Literacy Program Linda Stephens says there will be several changes to the new test. Not only will the new test be taken on computers, it will also cost more.
