A project from Northwest Missouri State University and Northwest Missouri Enterprise Facilitation aims to help business find new ways to add value to existing meat products.

The Market Opportunities for Regional Entrepreneurs or "MORE" project seeks to develop new markets to increase business profitability while protecting jobs in the beef industry. MORE Project Co-director Lurinda Gilliland says the collaborative is hosting focus groups with area residents.
