Mo. University Presidents on Gun Control

Debate over proposed Gun Control policies is shaping up to be one of the major discussions in the Missouri General Assembly early in this year's session.

Last week, the Council on Public Higher Education, comprised of Presidents of Missouri's Public Universities and Colleges, presented the state's lawmakers with a statement concerning their stance on gun control. Northwest Missouri State University President Dr. John Jasinski says the Council on Public Higher Education is advocating for current measures to stay in place.
