Maryville Chamber Banquet

The Maryville Chamber of Commerce held their annual banquet Wednesday night to celebrate the past year and look ahead to the rest of 2013.

Chamber Executive Director Luke Reven says collaboration with other community organizations highlighted the past years efforts by the Chamber.

Reven says they also focused on the past year's marketing efforts such as their Christmas Holiday promotion and look to expand on those efforts in 2013. Another highlight from the banquet was the presentation of a couple of special community awards.

Reven adds Matt Gaarder was given the Chamber's Spearhead Award for his work the past ten years organizing the Chamber's Annual Marathon held in June.
