Bearcat women's basketball team takes a 5-2 record

The Northwest Missouri State women's basketball team takes a 5-2 record into this week's action when they host Lindenwood and Nebraska-Kearney to open up the MIAA season.

The Bearcat women are coming off a 71-68 come-from-behind win over Rogers State Saturday in Claremore, Oklahoma in which the Bearcats came back from 21 points down in the first half. Northwest women's head basketball coach Mark Kellog says that was in important win for his team.
