The Bearcat football team remains fifth in the nation

The Bearcat football team remains fifth in the nation in this week's American Football Coaches Association Top 25 poll.

Colorado State-Pueblo is the top team in the nation for the second straight week, followed by Winston-Salem State, New Haven and Bloomsburg. Other teams from the MIAA in this week's national rankings include Missouri Western moving from 16th to 12th this week. Emporia State is 15th, Washburn is tied for 16th and Pittsburg State, after being ranked first in the nation for most the season, falls to 22nd this week.
