Upward Board

Northwest Missouri State University's Upward Bound Math and Science program is accepting applications for the summer.

Upward Bound Math and Science is a hands-on learning experience for eligible students in grades nine through eleven. Students from the following schools are eligible for the Nebraska, Falls City High School and Nebraska City High School. Students at Turner High School in Kansas City, Kansas are eligible. In Iowa, students from Bedford High School, Clarinda High School, Nishnabotna High School, Red Oak, Shenandoah, South Page High School, Villisca, and Corning are eligible In Missouri, students at North Nodaway R-6, North Andrew R-6, Worth County R-3, Lincoln College Prep Academy and Northeast High School in Kansas City and in St. Joseph, students from Benton, Central and Lafayette High Schools are eligible for the program. Upward Bound Math and Science returns to the Northwest campus Saturday June 8 through Saturday, July 20. The program is designed to enrich a student's math and science skills.
