Spending is in full swing this holiday season and many people should think again before they buy cash items.

A study conducted by the National Endowment for Financial Education and Harris Interactive found that more than two-thirds of adults impulse buy with cash. Missouri Extension Office Family Financial Education Specialist Dr. Rebecca Travnichek says to stick with your list.
