DeKalb Accident

A car accident in Dekalb County injured 2 people on Saturday.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 26 year old Jacob Bennet of Stewartsville was driving a Chevy Cobalt on U.S. Highway 36 just west of Cameron. The vehicle reportedly swerved off the road and rolled twice. Both Bennet and his passenger, 24 year old Kact Teeter of Stewartsville, were taken to Heartland Regional Medical Center with serious injuries. Reports show that neither Bennet nor Teeter was wearing a seatbelt.
