St. Joseph Symphony

The Saint Joseph Symphony will begin their new season this Saturday in the Missouri Theatre in downtown St. Joseph.

The symphony will focus on the works of Mozart and Beethoven to show the experience of the symphony and emphasize the orchestra's skill. Director of the St. Joseph symphony Rico McNeela says besides the usual performances in St. Joseph, the symphony will also take take their productions on the road this season.

McNneela says the St. Joseph Symphony will perform a symphony or chamber concert each month with Chamber Concerts scheduled for Chillicothe as well as Heartland Community College. Again, the St. Joseph Symphony begins their new season this Saturday night with a performance at the Missouri Theatre beginning at 7:30.
