911 Partner Program

Every year, 800,000 children go missing, which is more than 2,000 children per day.

The Saint Joseph Police Department has partnered up with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to create the 9-1-1 Call Center Partner Program. St. Joseph Police Captain Jeff Wilson, says part of this new program includes special training for the staff.

Wilson adds he hopes to see an improvement in many areas of child safety practices.
