Maryville School District to review building plans

Maryville school district officials may begin looking at potential building projects in the next year.

During last week's Maryville Board of Education meeting, Superintendent Larry Linthacum discussed with the board the possibility of future construction within the district. Linthacum says a study conducted by Northwest Missouri State showed an interest by school district patrons of a fine arts building or new gymnasium at the high school.

Linthacum says Maryville school district officials will consider plans that would be financially sound while providing the best education for their students.
