The Albany Carnegie Public Library has been awarded a Technology Mini Grant from the Missouri Secretary of State Robin Carnahan's office.
The grant is for just over $ 2,750 and will make possible the replacement of 2 multi-purpose staff computers. According to a release from Carnahan's office the grant will help the Albany Library better meet patron demand and improve staff productivity. The technology mini grants are funded by the Library Services and Technology Act through the U-S Institute of Museum and Library Services.
