Senator McCaskill is concerned that the cost of health care will continue to rise under the current system. She says currently emergency rooms are mandated to care for anyone who doesn't have health care at the expense of taxpayers. She says the goal of the Affordable Health Care Act is to provide affordable, accessible health care for as many Missourians as possible.
