A road construction project in Worth and Gentry Counties begins today.
Motorists in the Grant City, Missouri area will encounter lane closure work zones on U-S Highway 169 as crews begin prepping the road for an upcoming resurfacing project. According to a release from the Missouri Department of Transportation office in St. Joseph, the project extends from Route 46 in Grant City to U-S Highway 136. The project includes the addition of a 2-foot paved shoulder from HIghway 136 to Route O at Gentry, Missouri. The project is expected to be completed in mid-August.
