Closed Roads

Slower traffic and closed roads can be expected for much of the area starting today and lasting through Friday.

In Atchison County, Brownville Bridge will have repairs made this week, lane closures are expected. Route CC will be closed starting tomorrow for a chip seal project.

In DeKalb County, highway 36 from Route 31 in Buchanan County to South west Taylor Road there will be ongoing pavement repairs and head to head traffic can be expected. Route EE will be closed at the East Fork Lost Creek Bridge.

In Gentry County, Route AA will be close tomorrow and Wednesday for a chip seal project. Route BB will be closed on Wednesday from Route UU to Route P for a chip seal project. Route EE will be closed today for a chip seal project and Route P will be closed today and tomorrow for a chip seal project.

For Grundy County Route B will have pavement milling and pothole patching this week. U.S. Highway 65 from Route 6 to route C will undergo pavement repairs.

In Harrison County Route AA from I-35 to U.S. Highway 69 will be closed for a chip seal project on Thursday. Route 46 will be closed at West Fork Big Creek Bridge.

In Holt County there will be pavement repairs on Route 113 from U.S. highway 59 to a mile North of Route B. There will also be pavement repairs on U.S. Highway 159 from the Nebraska state line to Rout P and Route 111 will be closed for flood repairs.

For Livingston County Route 139 from Carroll County line to Route RA will have pavement repairs on Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday Route H will have pavement repairs and Route JJ will have pavement repairs on Friday.

In Mercer County U.S. Highway 136 from Route C to one half mile after Putnam County line there will be an ongoing pavement replacement project. There will be concrete replacement on U.S. Highway 65 from one half mile North of Route D to Grundy County line, and on Route N two miles west of Route B there will be roadside work.

In Nodaway County Route A will be closed at Elkhorn Creek Bridge.

In Worth County U.S. Highway 169 Middle Fork Grand River Bridge will have bridge deck repairs and today Route T will be closed at Lotts Creek Bridge.
