No Call Cells

Missouri cell phone users can now register their numbers on the State's No Call list under a bill just signed by Missouri Governor Jay Nixon.

Nixon says the bill expands Missouri's original No Call law that was enacted to protect land lines 12 years ago.

The new law prohibits telemarketers from calling and text messaging phones on the list and gives the state's attorney general the power to punish violators.
