A northwest Missouri restaurant with a unique niche is celebrating its year anniversary.

Wabash Junction in Stanberry was created with the help of the region's Northwest Missouri Enterprise Facilitation group and marks its one year in business next week. Co-owner Katie Thomas says they're focusing on their "Farm to Chef" program using locally-produced meats, vegetables, and fruits a system they've used since opening.
