Contract Awarded

APAC Kansas-Missouri has been awarded contracts from the Missouri Department of Transportation to improve several routes in Atchison and Holt counties.

The awards total slightly more than three and a half million dollars and the construction is planned to be completed by November of this year. Occasional lane closures may be necessary, but all lanes will be open during the Independence Day and Labor Day holidays. Among the construction in Atchison County is the resurfacing of Route 136 and milling on Routes D, E, & U. In Holt County, Route 111 will receive flood repair that includes grading, paving and a thin lift overlay. Routes 159, P and 113 will undergo pavement repair as well.
