St. Joseph Museum Daytrip

The St. Joseph Museum is planning a daytrip to Kansas City that will include tours of the new Sea Life Kansas City Aquarium at Crown Center, the Webster House and the Kaufmann Center for the Performing Arts.

Kathy Reno, Public relations officer Kathy Reno says the cost for the trip is all inclusive which includes all admission fees, transportation, food and more.

The first stop, the Aquarium, hosts over 5,000 sea creatures in 30 display tanks and 12 different habitat zones. The tour is hands-on, including feeding shows, touch pools and underwater tunnels. The Webster House is an 1885 Romanesque Revival house that includes an antique shop and a 5 star restaurant that the group be dining at. Kathy Reno describes the last stop, The Kaufmann Center, as visually stunning.

The tour will leave from the St. Joseph Museum at 8:30 am on Friday, June 8th and return at approximately 5:30 pm. There are less than ten spaces left. To make a reservation to join the trip, call 816-232-8471.
