The students in Northwest Missouri State University's Parenthood Education 3 course have created as cookbook.
The 151 page book, entitles "Cooking Up Memories", features quick recipes for parents and children to make together. The course annually has students create a project related to parent programming and based on needs of local parents. The students worked in teams, with groups for breakfast, lunch, snack , dinner, special occasions and "no time", five minutes or less. The cookbook received feedback from local parents before becoming available to them. A section can be viewed at www.nwmissouri.edu.
