Food Preservation Classes

The University of Missouri Extension of Nodaway County is offering classes on various food preservation topics.

Classes will be Thursdays in June beginning June 7th at the United Methodist Church in Savannah from 5:30 until 7:30 pm. Nutrition and Health Education Specialist, Kelli Wilmes, says more people are interested in preserving foods, but need to be educated on how to do it properly by applying new research and technologies.
