U.S. Diplomat Speaks in St. Joseph

St. Joseph native, who served in the U.S. foreign service, will discuss how the region is doing tomorrow at the Rolling Hills Library.

William Armbruster was stationed in northern Ireland, Tunisia and Kuwait during his career. He was stationed in Kuwait at the time Iraq invaded, beginning the first Gulf War, he was trapped in the country where they were later taken to Baghdad and held for more than 3 months. Armbruster will begin speaking at 6:30 p.m. at the library's Belt Branch located on 1904 North Belt Highway. The program is free and open to the public.
