Summer Reading

This summer the Carnegie Public Library in Albany will offer summer reading programs for all ages.

The library offers a children's program every year to promote reading and to help children retain reading skills over the summer. Crafts, prizes and other incentives will help encourage pleasure reading. This is the first year that the young adult and adult reading programs Ellis says the prizes and programs for teens and adults will be different.
