Paint Violation Fines

A Kansas City company has agreed to pay for lead Abatement in St. Joseph as part of a federal fine.

Titan Environmental Services has agreed to pay nearly $11,000 as a civil penalty to settle a series of violations of the Lead-based Paint Hazard Reduction Act. As part of the settlement, it will spend at least $97,000 for lead abatement at 5 homes in St. Joseph.
