Emergency Vehicle

The 3 law enforcement agencies in Maryville are partnering together to keep large crowds safe.

A vehicle has been purchased and outfitted with communication and other equipment for Maryville Public Safety, the Nodaway County Sheriff, and Northwest Missouri State Police to use in the event of a large-scale emergency. Clarence Green is the director of the university police. He says the joint program is known as the mobile emergency response vehicle.
